It would appear my efforts to get round Kafka’s bots using a cunning, patented blend of sarcasm have been successful as I got an email this morning telling me my proof is ready. Hoo-bloody-rah.
I wrote three posts relating to the CreateSpace farce yesterday. I’ve taken them offline and instead rolled them into one linear chain of correspondence in this entry.
I haven’t had anything from CreateSpace in the form of an actual reply to my last email. I’m assuming I caused a cascading bureaucratic malfunction somewhere and the sub-routine of ‘do what the customer wants and then you don’t need to answer his complains directly or escalate to senior representatives’ was activated.
