The great plugin purge and other tweakery
Ultimately the way we differentiate between blogs should be down to the content they bring to us, and a blog should have a ‘personality’ that is easy to grasp from the first visit. A clean uncluttered design encourages not only reading, but also active participation by the readers—especially now that you’ve no captcha code (sequence of words and/or numbers) to enter when you want to leave feedback, you just type your comment and hit a button to post your feedback, and that’s it. Easy. There’s no need for captcha codes and other ‘prove you’re real’ requirements if you’ve got to have a validated account before posting.
The only thing you have to do first (which you’ve done, otherwise you wouldn’t be able to read this) is register to set up an account so you can comment whenever you like in future. That’s actually less hassle than entering codes and solving puzzles all the time.
