LIDL Rebel


Anyone see The Friday Night Project on Channel 4 last night with guest host Lily Allen? Oh, it was funny!

The song that Justin and Alan recorded in her studio—a complete piss-take—was uploaded to a real MySpace page where you can download it. The title refers to that classiest chain of shops (I’m joking) that can these days be found in nearly every town across Britain.

Don’t you just love LIDL? No? No, neither do I. But the song’s funny. I shouldn’t really categorise this post under ‘music’, though. You’ll hear why if you listen to the track!

Lily did a cracking cover of Kaiser Chief’s Oh My God at the end of the show. That was brilliant.
